HOW IT WORKS:

1. SIGN UP: Download the app or use a web browser to create your user account. All communication is streamlined through the Car-Up application, eliminating the need for phone calls or emails.
2. ADD YOUR VEHICLE(S): Enter your vehicle's VIN number to access its OEM details and specifications.
3. CREATE A BOOKING: Choose from a wide range of services based on your car's requirements or simply utilize the search function. For unique issues, select 'OTHER REPAIRS.'
4. SCHEDULE YOUR PICKUP: Select a convenient time for a Car-Up driver to collect your car from your location or opt for drop-off or towing services.
5. DIAGNOSIS & STATUS: A certified technician will assess your car with updates provided on the STATUS page, including text updates and visual documentation.
6. ESTIMATE: Upon diagnosis, a detailed estimate will be shared through the app for your review and approval.
7. REPAIR: Only approved repairs are carried out, and customers are notified once their vehicle is good to go.
8. PAYMENT: Payment can be conveniently settled using the INVOICE page upon completion of repairs.
9. DROP OFF: After payment confirmation, select a preferred date and time for vehicle return or opt to collect it yourself.
10. THAT'S IT!: Your serviced vehicle will be returned as scheduled. Access your transaction details and service history anytime on your account page.
