Through the innovative Car-Up mobile application, users can opt to have their vehicle picked up from their residence or workplace. The app ensures full transparency by providing real-time notifications on the repair progress. Additionally, customers can view photos and videos of technicians working on their cars, fostering trust and integrity.
Empowering users to oversee their auto repair and maintenance needs, Car-Up strives to simplify lives while delivering exceptional service.
HOW IT WORKS:

<li>SIGN UP: Download the app or use a web browser to create your user account. All communication is streamlined through the Car-Up application, eliminating the need for phone calls or emails.</li>
<li>ADD YOUR VEHICLE(S): Enter your vehicle's VIN number to access its OEM details and specifications.</li>
<li>CREATE A BOOKING: Choose from a wide range of services based on your car's requirements or simply utilize the search function. For unique issues, select 'OTHER REPAIRS.'</li>
<li>SCHEDULE YOUR PICKUP: Select a convenient time for a Car-Up driver to collect your car from your location or opt for drop-off or towing services.</li>
<li>DIAGNOSIS & STATUS: A certified technician will assess your car with updates provided on the STATUS page, including text updates and visual documentation.</li>
<li>ESTIMATE: Upon diagnosis, a detailed estimate will be shared through the app for your review and approval.</li>
<li>REPAIR: Only approved repairs are carried out, and customers are notified once their vehicle is good to go.</li>
<li>PAYMENT: Payment can be conveniently settled using the INVOICE page upon completion of repairs.</li>
<li>DROP OFF: After payment confirmation, select a preferred date and time for vehicle return or opt to collect it yourself.</li>
<li>THAT'S IT!: Your serviced vehicle will be returned as scheduled. Access your transaction details and service history anytime on your account page.</li>
